What full spectrum means
Full spectrum keeps the naturally occurring compounds of the hemp plant together — CBD alongside minor cannabinoids such as CBG and CBC, plus native terpenes and flavonoids. It also contains trace THC, which broad spectrum and isolate formulas do not. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory and the cannabinoid content is stated on a batch-specific COA.

The carrier
We use MCT oil — medium-chain triglycerides derived from coconut. Cannabinoids are fat-soluble, so the carrier isn't filler: it's what moves the compound through the formula and keeps it evenly distributed from the first dropper to the last. MCT is the standard for tinctures because it stays liquid at room temperature, carries almost no taste of its own, and its shorter fatty acid chains absorb readily.
How to use it
One full dropper is 100 mg, so most people use a quarter or a half. This strength is for experienced users, or for anyone who has settled on a higher daily amount and wants fewer bottles. Hold it under your tongue for 30 to 60 seconds before swallowing. Shake before use.
