Equation USA formulates and produces hemp-derived cannabinoid products that you sell under your own name. You keep the customer and the margin. We handle formulation, production, and documentation.

We operate from an FDA-registered food facility in Clifton, New Jersey (registration no. 15449426000).

The new federal law

Section 781 of P.L. 119-37 takes effect on November 12, 2026. It caps total THC at 0.4 mg per package — a per-package limit, not a percentage. A full-spectrum tincture at 0.2% THC in a 30 mL bottle carries roughly 60 mg. That is 150 times the new limit.

Most full-spectrum brands will need reformulated SKUs before that date. We build isolate and broad-spectrum formulas that hold the same potency and mouthfeel with THC below detection, and we document the change so your COAs and labels line up.

Capability

Liquid formats produced in-house: piston filling, ultrasonic homogenization, magnetic stirring. Typical production runs are 500 to 1,000 units per SKU, with capacity for larger volumes on scheduled lots. Every batch ships with a signed batch record and a third-party COA from an ISO 17025 laboratory.
