Why isolate

CBD isolate is 99%+ pure cannabidiol with no THC, no terpenes and no other cannabinoids. Nothing in the bottle that isn't on the label — which matters most for small dogs, where the margin between a light serving and a heavy one is narrow.

The carrier and the flavor

We use chia seed oil rather than a generic carrier. Chia is naturally rich in omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, which support normal skin and coat condition and contribute to a balanced diet. Cannabinoids are fat-soluble, so the carrier isn't filler — it's what keeps the formula evenly distributed from the first dropper to the last. The beef flavor is there for a practical reason: a dog that takes the dropper willingly is a dog that stays on a routine.
